2002 Chevrolet Malibu Sedan - for parts or fix up - reasonable offer in Dunrobin, Ontario for sale

Fix up or for parts.
Asking: $500
Reason for selling. We already have two cars and I've stopped using it because of the brake issue noted below.
Engine: 3.1 L V6
A/C, Cruise, Power windows, Power door locks, CD radio
Recently replaced all 4 struts
Two sets of rims (OEM and fairly new 2nd set for winter tires)
Runs well
A/C works properly
Issues:
- rust
- cracked windshield
- wiper lever works but should be replaced
- tires are in poor shape
- AM doesn't work on the radio
- brake issue? they work but doesn't hold pressure. It's not leaking (new lines) so I'm guessing it's the master cylinder.
If I've missed something, please feel free to ask.
FYI - a hundred or so really isn't a reasonable offer, when I can drive it to a wrecker and get double that. Please think before you write.
